Could I get some explanation about the price of a ticket?
For films, at Kinepolis we split them into different categories: 3D, 2D, HFR, etc. 3D films, for example, cost more than digital films.
And as the screening of a film does not depend solely on a cinema's owner, ticket prices are composed of amounts that each have a specific destination. That is why a significant part of a ticket's price goes to the film distributor, and the remainder is split between SACEM and various taxes.

Who is entitled to a reduced price?
"The following people are always entitled to a reduction:
- Children and teenagers up to the age of 18
- Seniors (from the age of 60)

Why do I have to pay extra for films that last 2h15 or more?
For films that last 2h10 or more, an extra €1 is charged. Long films have an impact on the listing and on staff planning. For an XL film - maximum enjoyment - you therefore pay a little more.

The price of the ticket depends on the local market and the prices charged in the country.
How to go directly to the screening room after purchasing tickets online?
1/ With your smartphone: access the barcode in the email you received on your smartphone's screen. Go to the ticket control (Kinepolis Kirchberg) or to the automatic ticket machines at the cinema entrance (Kinepolis Belval and CinŽ Utopia) and scan your barcode. Collect your tickets and go to the screening room.
