What do I do if I don't receive the email with my free ticket?
If your My Kinepolis profile meets our terms and conditions, do the following: Add Kinepolis ("noreply@messagent.kinepolis.com") to your contacts. That way you will be guaranteed to receive the email in time. Check that you are still using the email address that you gave us when you created your profile and that you are still signed up to the My Kinepolis newsletter on your profile.

Can I use my birthday ticket for an online ticket purchase?
Sorry but that's not possible. Each day, we send hundreds of tickets by email and as a result, we must, as much as possible, reduce the possibilities of fraud. In order to combat against abuse, our colleagues in the ticket office must check that the date indicated in your email matches the date of birth on your ID.
Recommendation: arrive in plenty of time at the cinema, to have sufficient time to exchange your email for your free cinema ticket.
For which showings can I use my birthday ticket?
The email with the voucher for a free birthday ticket contains a unique code, valid for one free ticket (all versions) at a showing of your choice, subject to availability. However, it is not valid for events like Ladies' Night or Opera at the Cinema.

Why is my birthday ticket only valid for the day of my birthday or the following day?
Kinepolis can only offer free tickets for birthdays with very precise terms and conditions, one of which is the period of validity. Every day, we send hundreds of free tickets via email and as a result, we must reduce the possibility of fraud. By limiting the period of validity, we limit the risk that people may try to use their free ticket more than once. Of course we understand perfectly that you may have something else planned for the day of your birthday, which is why we give you the option of the following day. I no longer wish to receive emails from Kinepolis. What must I do?
At the bottom of all of our emails, you'll be able to click on a link to unsubscribe. You will be redirected to a page detailing all the categories of emails that we send. You are not automatically signed up to all these emails. This page allows you to select, category by category, those emails that you wish to receive.

How can I change the email address to which I want to receive emails from Kinepolis?
To change your email address, follow these instructions:
- Log onto the website Kinepolis.lu
- Browse http://kinepolis.lu/fr/changer-adresse-email
- Enter your new and old email addresses.
- Type your password again
- You will now receive emails at your new email address.I receive Kinepolis newsletters in French, I would like to receive them in English. What should I do?
If you have participated in a competition, purchased a ticket online or completed your profile on the French kinepolis.lu website, our system has assumed that you speak French. This setting is easy to change. Log on to your My Kinepolis profile on the English kinepolis.lu/en website to change your language. By creating your My Kinepolis account, you can communicate to us your favourite film genres and events. We will take this into consideration. Which browsers should I use to access the Kinepolis website?
Our website is constantly updated to adapt to the most recent web browsers. We ensure that our website remains readable and navigable with older browser versions, but we highly recommend using more recent versions. Browsers such as Chrome and Firefox automatically update.
However, you must update Internet Explorer yourself. We advise using a version of Internet Explorer more recent than version 9.
