How often are Kinepolis screening rooms cleaned?
Kinepolis takes hygiene very seriously. All the screening rooms are given a daily deep clean by our motivated cleaning team. The hostesses make every effort in ensuring that screening rooms are as clean as possible after every screening.
Furthermore, Kinepolis collaborates with a specialist firm which carries out preventative measures against pests every month.
Why do I sometimes have to leave my backpack and/or camera at the front desk?
It is strictly forbidden to record images and copy films, due to copyright laws. To avoid this from happening, it is forbidden to enter our screening rooms with a camera. It is also preferable to leave backpacks for safekeeping (at the front desk, ticket control or according to the cinema's guidelines).
In some screenings, such as previews, it is possible that due to international guidelines from the film's distributor, a security service may be present at the entrance of the screening room, who may ask you to temporarily hand over all your recording equipment (including mobile...
Is a visit to a Kinepolis cinema the ideal outing to get some fresh air on a summer's day?

Aspects such as the screening room's location (on the ground or upper floor), the width of the entrances and exits, and its accessibility (stairs, ramps), determine, with other factors, if a room complies or not with strict requirements for a quick evacuation in case of emergency and for wheelchair user access.
It is clearly stated on the website and...
What can I do if, at the beginning of a screening, I realise I have made the wrong choice?
Up to a quarter of an hour after the beginning of a film, you can exchange your ticket for a cinema voucher or another ticket, so that you can return to your Kinepolis cinema whenever you like.
Where can I offer my opinion on my cinema outing?
If you bought your ticket online, you will automatically receive an email after your visit to the cinema, inviting you to tell us how your cinema outing went. Give us your opinion. This helps us to constantly improve our service. Please note: by filling in the form, you could win a Movie Card. Try your luck by participating in the survey.
If you bought your ticket at your Kinepolis ticket office (automated or not), you will find the satisfaction survey online at kinepolis.lu/fr/monavis.
Can I choose where I sit in the screening room?
Since we began allocating a seat number to your cinema ticket, there is no longer any need to get to the cinema early to ensure that you get a good seat. If you buy your ticket online or at the cinema's automatic ticket machine, you can choose in advance where you want to sit. This enables you to calmly take your seat before the film: your seat is reserved and waiting for you. This saves you from standing in long queues and from the uncertainty of whether there are seats remaining for the film of your choice.
The intelligent booking system automatically offers you the most central...
