How long do I have to wait before my Kinepolis Student Card is active?
After registering on our website, you will receive an e-mail with the code of your Kinepolis Student Card. You will also find the code of your card in your "My Kinepolis" profile on www.kinepolis.lu. The card can be used immediately.

Where is my Kinepolis Student Card valid, and for how long?
The Kinepolis Student Card is valid in all Kinepolis cinemas in Luxembourg throughout the academic year, in other words from mid-September of the year to the beginning of October of the year after. Each academic year, we publish the expiry date of the Kinepolis Student Card on our website. You will need to request a new Kinepolis Student Card each new academic year.
Is there an age limit after which I’m no longer eligible to receive the Kinepolis Student Card?
The age limit to request a Kinepolis Student Card is 30 years old. Like any offer, the Kinepolis Student Card offer is subject to conditions of use, and unfortunately we can’t make any exceptions.
I’ve lost / Someone stole my Kinepolis Student Card. What should I do?
The Kinepolis Student Card is unique and personal. The code of your Kinepolis Student Card is included in the confirmation email for your card application and is also available in your "My Kinepolis" profile on www.kinepolis.lu
What can I do to stop receiving emails from Kinepolis? What is the difference with my right to be forgotten (right to erase all your data)?
If you wish to stop receiving emails from Kinepolis, we recommend that you indicate this on your profile page in your My Kinepolis account. If you have no My Kinepolis account, you must first access your data at https://kinepolis.lu/en/exercising-my-rights and indicate that you wish to stop receiving one, several or all emails. Your choice will be saved for as long as your data are in our database.

How does it work?
You can change your movie vouchers for movie tickets, for any movie you want. For movies that are not in 2D (3D, Laser Ultra...) or have extra (cosy seats...), you will need to pay the additional fee when taking the ticket. You can change your movie voucher at the desk of your Kinepolis cinema.
Movie vouchers are not accepted for events or specific actions (unless explicitly mentioned).
What's in the box?
We have boxes comprising only movie vouchers, or boxes containing movie vouchers and food & drink vouchers, for a total experience.
Boxes have a 6-month validity.
