How do I place an order online?
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Select your gift boxes in the Kinepolis webshop
2. When you have selected the number of boxes you want, confirm your order
3. Under "My data", fill in the necessary data.

Do you publish the names of the winners of your competitions?
Once the competition deadline has passed, we personally contact the winners via email.

What time doesthe eventstart? And the screening?
The time indicated on our programmes and on your ticket is the time at which the film starts. On the general page for each event (e.g. Ladies' Night), you will find more practical information on the start and proceedings of the event (afterwork) and the start of the screening.

When does the pre-show and the film start?
The pre-program begins 5 minutes before the start of the screening.
The pre-program lasts between 12 and 20 minutes, depending on the period, and consists of advertisements and trailers for films soon to arrive in our cinemas.In very exceptional cases, the local cinema manager may decide to shift the start time slightly.
