What time doesthe eventstart? And the screening?
The time indicated on our programmes and on your ticket is the time at which the film starts. On the general page for each event (e.g. Ladies' Night), you will find more practical information on the start and proceedings of the event (afterwork) and the start of the screening.

When does the pre-show and the film start?
The pre-program begins 5 minutes before the start of the screening.
The pre-program lasts between 12 and 20 minutes, depending on the period, and consists of advertisements and trailers for films soon to arrive in our cinemas.In very exceptional cases, the local cinema manager may decide to shift the start time slightly.
When can I find out the week's listings and the listings for the following week?
Every Monday, the listing is planned for the week fromWednesday until the Tuesday of the following week. The listings vary in accordance with the popularity of the films and new releases. It is createdon a day by day basisand cinema by cinema. We also decide on which versions will be on offer (original version with subtitles, amplified version, French version, 2D or 3D etc...). You can consult the listings for the coming week (from Wednesday to Tuesday) in the cinema on Tuesday morning. Note: Kinepolis can vary the listings during the holidays or during weeks where there is a bank holiday...

What do the age classifications EA (children allowed), 6, 12, 16 and 18 mean?
The classifications EA (children allowed), 6, 12, 16 or 18, allocated to a particular film, are published by the Independent Luxembourg Authority for Audio and Visual media (ALIA). This authority: ¥ monitors the ranking of films, respect and publication of the latter by Kinepolis, ¥ rates the classification operated by Kinepolis and can reclassify, if necessary, by reasoned decision, the films. ¥ publishes the classification for each film.
