I would like to have a film poster or other promotional material. Can I ask Kinepolis?
Promotional material from films is loaned to us from distributors. As it does not belong to us, we are not free to give it away. Without the distributor's authorisation, it is not possible for us to give anyone this material.
For which showings can I use cinema vouchers and advantage cards?
Cinema vouchers are valid for a film of your choice that is currently showing. Supplements are requested at the time of ticket purchase (3D, etc).
Cinema vouchers and your Movie Card are not valid for events.

Can I buy a cinema cheque or an advantage card ('100 Days Card' or a 'Family Card') online?
It is not yet possible to buy cinema vouchers or advantage cards ('Movie Card' or 'Family Card') online.

In all Kinepolis cinemas in Luxembourg: Kinepolis Kirchberg, Kinepolis Belval and CinŽ Utopia.

Am I entitled to a Kinepolis Student Card?
If you’re between 18 and 30 years old (included) and you’re a student:
- in higher education (university or similar) or
- following evening classesIs there an age limit after which I’m no longer eligible to receive the Kinepolis Student Card?
The age limit to request a Kinepolis Student Card is 30 years old. Like any offer, the Kinepolis Student Card offer is subject to conditions of use, and unfortunately we can’t make any exceptions.
What's in the box?
We have boxes comprising only movie vouchers, or boxes containing movie vouchers and food & drink vouchers, for a total experience.
Boxes have a 6-month validity.
