You can pay for your session by cash, credit card or invoice*.
*For billing to the municipality, presentation of the municipality's order form is mandatory.Can I pay in cash?
Yes, the total cost of the session must be paid in full at once (no individual payment).
Do you accept purchase orders from municipalities?
Yes, this is mandatory for payment by invoice to the municipality.
Are there any age restrictions depending on the theme of the event?
Yes, depending on the theme and classification of the film chosen for the event.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
No, as the room is shared with other schools, there is no minimum number of participants.
Can I change the number of participants on the day of the event?
Yes, the number of participants may be adjusted on the day of the session, for example due to absence or illness.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership free of charge after 6 months. Before this period, you will have to pay for 6 months of membership.
To cancel, access your "My Kinepolis" profile under the "My wallet" tab. You will find your Movie Club card, click on the "Settings" button and follow the steps to cancel your membership.
How do I change my payment method?
You can register several payment methods in your My Kinepolis account and select the one you want. You can do this via the "Tickets and cards" section of your My Kinepolis account.
