When can I find out the week's listings and the listings for the following week?
Every Monday, the listing is planned for the week fromWednesday until the Tuesday of the following week. The listings vary in accordance with the popularity of the films and new releases. It is createdon a day by day basisand cinema by cinema. We also decide on which versions will be on offer (original version with subtitles, amplified version, French version, 2D or 3D etc...). You can consult the listings for the coming week (from Wednesday to Tuesday) in the cinema on Tuesday morning. Note: Kinepolis can vary the listings during the holidays or during weeks where there is a bank holiday...
I want to opt out of receiving the My Kinepolis newsletter. What do I need to do?

If a session appears on the website www.kinepolis.lu, but afterwards, when you have clicked to go to the online purchase site for the tickets, it has disappeared, there can be different reasons for that.

I cannot use the tickets I bought online. The showing hasn't taken place yet. What can I do?
You can collect your ticket at an automatic ticket machine and then ask for a free "Sorry Voucher" at a ticket desk. Attention, this must ABSOLUTELY be done in the cinema complex for which you bought the tickets BEFORE the screening begins. After the beginning of the session, we will no longer be able to cancel your ticket.

When an error occurs during an online ticket purchase, your code is blocked for 20 minutes for security reasons. After those 20 minutes you will be able to re-enter your code to pay for your seats.

Kinepolis can only offer free tickets for birthdays with very precise terms and conditions, one of which is the period of validity. Every day, we send hundreds of free tickets via email and as a result, we must reduce the possibility of fraud. By limiting the period of validity, we limit the risk that people may try to use their free ticket more than once. Of course we understand perfectly that you may have something else planned for the day of your birthday, which is why we give you the option of the following day. It is not possible to extend the expiry date of the birthday ticket....
How to go directly to the screening room after purchasing tickets online?
1/ With your smartphone: access the barcode in the email you received on your smartphone's screen. Go to the ticket control (Kinepolis Kirchberg) or to the automatic ticket machines at the cinema entrance (Kinepolis Belval and CinŽ Utopia) and scan your barcode. Collect your tickets and go to the screening room.

You can find the tickets you purchased online via your profile on our website. Follow the instructions below to find your tickets and download them:
1) Log in or create an account with the email address that you used to buy your ticket on kinepolis.lu/fr#login (at the top of the page).
