Right to retract
You have the right to retract / cancel your order and to be reimbursed the purchase price and other costs (except the shipping costs) without justification (only valid for the purchase of Kinepolis giftboxes).
The canceling needs to be issued within 14 days after the day your order has been delivered to you or a third party other than the shipping company. You just need to send your message to cancel your order before the deadline.
This possibility is only applicable for order passed through online and not for the purchases made directly in a Kinepolis cinema. This possibility is only applicable for private persons and not for companies
How can I cancel my order ?
If you want to use your right to cancel your order you should inform us with a clear declaration via regular mail or email at following address:

Your cancellation needs to be explicit and mention following:
Your clear will to cancel your order
A clear description of the goods you wish to cancel
A copy of the purchase confirmation
Your email address used for the initial purchase
Your bank account number (IBAN+BIC) on which the refund needs to be issued
Return of products
You will need to send us back or return without any delay and not later than 14 days after the day you communicated the canceling of your order all products (intact and with the complete content) at your own expenses.
Kinepolis reserves the right to not reimburse a part of the products of which the packaging and/or content are damaged.
If you cancel your contract you will be reimbursed the returned products and costs (except the shipping costs). Kinepolis has the right to delay the reimbursement until the reception of all returned products or until you have proven to have resent all products. At the reception of the returned products we will check if the voucher were already redeemed. If the have been redeemed your right to be reimbursed will be revoked. We will reimburse you with the same payment method used with the purchase unless explicitely otherwise accepted by you. Kinepolis will not compensate any extra cost related to this reimbursement.
