I no longer wish to receive emails from Kinepolis. What must I do?

At the bottom of all of our emails, you'll be able to click on a link to unsubscribe. You will be redirected to a page detailing all the categories of emails that we send. You are not automatically signed up to all these emails. This page allows you to select, category by category, those emails that you wish to receive.

If you unsubscribe to the My Kinepolis newsletter on your account, you will no longer be entitled to all the special offers (including a free cinema ticket on your birthday). If you unsubscribe to our different emails, you will no longer be kept up to date with our promotions, competitions, interesting outings and our unmissable events.

Click "Unsubscribe" to access the page where you can select the newsletters that you no longer wish to receive. If at the bottom of the email you have asked to be unsubscribed from the mailing list, you will only be unsubscribed from this newsletter, but none of the other newsletters that you have selected on the list. You will continue to receive those newsletters.

Note: when we unsubscribe you, at your own request, we will unsubscribe the email address of the newsletter which you have just unsubscribed from from our entire distribution lists. If you have signed up via an alternate email address too, you will continue to receive newsletters to this address, unless you unsubscribe from your alternate email address as well.
