What if the payment fails?
If the payment has failed, you will be notified by email. As this is a credit card payment, you have 14 days to make your payment. During this period, Kinepolis must suspend the use of your Movie Club card. If you make your payment within this period, your Movie Club card will be reactivated. If payment is not made within the above-mentioned period, your Movie Club membership will be terminated immediately. This termination will take effect on the last day of the current period for which the membership has been paid. The Movie Club tickets on your account can be used after the termination of the membership up to and including the validity date.
