Where and how can I delete my data?

If you have a My Kinepolis account you can delete (all or part of) your data via the account (you have to log in first).
Note: if you have a Kinepolis product subject to a contract, you will not be able to delete your data before first terminating the contract.

  • Kinepolis Student Card : If you wish to terminate your registration, you can do so by sending an e-mail to marketing[at]kinepolis[dot]lu from the e-mail address linked to your My Kinepolis account. Please quote your Kinepolis student card code, which can be found in your My Kinepolis account under "Wallet".

If you don’t have a My Kinepolis account, you can enter your e-mail address on the following appropriate online form. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link to all data Kinepolis holds for that particular e-mail address and will be able to delete (all or part of) your data on that page.

Legal provisions require Kinepolis to retain certain data, such as transaction data. Please note that such obligations take precedence over the right to be forgotten. Therefore, we keep such data for as long as necessary to comply with these legal obligations and delete them as soon as permitted by the expiration of the mandatory retention period.
