How can I oppose the processing of my data?
If you have a My Kinepolis account, you will be in a contractual relationship with Kinepolis. In such cases we are not legally obliged to give you the opportunity to oppose the processing of your data, as this processing is considered part of the contract. But you will notice that we still give you the opportunity to deactivate certain services that are part of the contract. For instance you can opt out of receiving one or more newsletters via your My Kinepolis account. Obviously you are at liberty to remove your My Kinepolis account at any time.
If you don’t have a My Kinepolis account, you can enter your e-mail address on the following appropriate online form https://kinepolis.lu/en/my-data-management. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link to all data Kinepolis holds for that particular e-mail address and you will be able, via that page, to record your opposition to certain data processing methods such as processing based on legitimate interest and processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to this direct marketing.
