Why isn't it possible to extend the validity of my cinema voucher, Movie Card or Family Card?
Kinepolis sells cinema tickets to individuals and companies. This implies a number of sales conditions, one of which is a limited validity period. Kinepolis cinema vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for a film of your choice in one of Kinepolis' cinemas in Luxembourg. Our purchasing system does not permit any flexibility or modification of the expiry date. We are sorry for that. The date is clearly stated on the cinema vouchers, so that you will always be aware of the expiry date and can take advantage of the validity of the ticket.
The 'Movie Card' and 'Family Card' also enable users to take advantage of better prices, under certain conditions, one of which is a temporary validity. If you have a 'My Kinepolis' account, you can consult the remaining balance on your (current) 'Movie Card' or 'Family Card'.
