How can I find the tickets I purchased online if I didn't receive an email?
You can find the tickets you purchased online via your profile on our website. Follow the instructions below to find your tickets and download them:
1) Log in or create an account with the email address that you used to buy your ticket on kinepolis.lu/fr#login (at the top of the page).
Follow these instructions if you are registering for the first time with My Kinepolis:
- Enter your email address in the "I do not yet have an account" tab
- you will see a message in red saying that the email address has already been used.

What are the advantages of the Movie Club?
As a member of the Movie Club, for €9.95 per month you get
- 1 cinema ticket for the screening of your choice (excluding any supplements and special events)
- 10% discount on your snacks and drinks in our shop. Cannot be combined with other offers. This discount is not valid for restaurants and bars in the cinema managed by third parties
- All your other screenings in the month at the preferential rate of €9.95 for you and your companion (excluding any supplements and special events).Can I use my monthly Movie Club ticket for all the screenings offered?
Your monthly ticket is valid for all "classic" sessions (excluding any supplements). Supplement: fees which are not included in the Membership and which must be paid separately by the Member. There are for example supplements for a long film, 3D, Cosy Seats, Laser Ultra, Atmos, 4DX, HFR, ethnic film ScreenX and Imax and others. Your monthly ticket is valid for one 'classic' screening and cannot be used for special events (including but not limited to Ladies at the Movies, Ciné Breakfast,...What if the payment fails?
If the payment has failed, you will be notified by email. As this is a credit card payment, you have 14 days to make your payment. During this period, Kinepolis must suspend the use of your Movie Club card. If you make your payment within this period, your Movie Club card will be reactivated. If payment is not made within the above-mentioned period, your Movie Club membership will be terminated immediately.
