What is the small amount debited from my account when I register an additional payment method?
When registering a new payment method, a one-off payment of €1 may be deducted from your bank account to check that your payment method is working. This amount will be refunded to you immediately.
How often can I benefit from the special rate of €9.95?
Your €9.95 subscription entitles you to one cinema ticket per month. If you wish to attend other screenings, you will benefit from the preferential rate of €9.95 for each of your visits (excluding any supplements and special events). You can also pass on this preferential rate to your companion.
Your Movie Club monthly ticket can be carried over to the next month if it is not used, up to a limit of 6 months.Can I combine my monthly Movie Club ticket with my birthday ticket?
You can use your birthday ticket and in the same transaction buy a ticket for your companion for €9.95.
How can I delete Passbook tickets for previous screenings from my Passbook app?
Tickets from previous screenings are not automatically deleted from your Passbook. If you wish to delete them, follow these steps:
- Go to your Passbook app
- Click on the Kinepolis pass you wish to delete.
- In the lower right-hand corner, click on the 'info' icon that is represented by an 'i'.
- Click on the bin in the top left corner to delete it permanently.Is it possible to order tickets from any mobile device?
Given the high diversity of mobile devices, it is possible that the use of "mobile ticketing" is not always optimal.
