What are the benefits of the Movie Club Card?
As a member of the Movie Club, for €9.95 per month you get
- 1 cinema ticket for the screening of your choice (excluding any supplements and special events)
- 10% discount on your snacks and drinks in our shop. This discount is not valid for restaurants and bars in the cinema managed by third parties
- All your other screenings in the month at the preferential rate of €9.95 for you and your companion (excluding any supplements and special events).Where can I check the balance of my Movie Club tickets?
By logging into your My Kinepolis account on kinepolis.lu, in the "Tickets and cards" section, you can check your balance of cinema tickets by selecting "Movie Club".
Can I carry over my monthly Movie Club tickets?
Unused monthly cinema tickets are valid for up to 6 months.
Can someone else use my Movie Club card?
Your Movie Club card is strictly personal and cannot be used by a third party. However, you may allow a companion to benefit from the same preferential rate as you, €9.95 cinema ticket (excluding any supplements and special events) for each of your visits.
What is the small amount debited from my account when I register an additional payment method?
When registering a new payment method, a one-off payment of €1 may be deducted from your bank account to check that your payment method is working. This amount will be refunded to you immediately.
How often can I benefit from the special rate of €9.95?
Your €9.95 subscription entitles you to one cinema ticket per month. If you wish to attend other screenings, you will benefit from the preferential rate of €9.95 for each of your visits (excluding any supplements and special events). You can also pass on this preferential rate to your companion.
Your Movie Club monthly ticket can be carried over to the next month if it is not used, up to a limit of 6 months.Can I combine my monthly Movie Club ticket with my birthday ticket?
You can use your birthday ticket and in the same transaction buy a ticket for your companion for €9.95.
