As soon as your My Kinepolis profile is completed (if you are not already a subscriber) and your first monthly payment is made, you will receive confirmation of your Movie Club membership by email.How soon will my Movie Club card be activated?
As soon as you register for Movie Club, you will receive the code for your Movie Club card by e-mail. You will also find this code in your My Kinepolis account in the "Tickets and cards" section on www.kinepolis.lu. Your Movie Club card will be activated and ready to use!
What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age for membership of Movie Club is 18 years. If you are under 18 years of age, the permission of your parents or legal guardian is required.
Can I apply for a Movie Club card for my children?
Absolutely! As a parent or legal guardian, you can apply for Movie Club membership for your underage children. You must first create a My Kinepolis account in your child's name and complete the membership application on their behalf by connecting it to your bank account.
