Which screening rooms have wheelchair access?
Most Kinepolis screening rooms* have wheelchair access, although there are some screening rooms which don't yet have access. As part of its prevention policy, Kinepolis carries out periodic and advanced checks on the screening rooms. Aspects such as the screening room's location (on the ground or upper floor), the width of the entrances and exits, and its accessibility (stairs, ramps), determine, with other factors, if a room complies or not with strict requirements for a quick evacuation in case of emergency and for wheelchair user access.

You can keep your own list of viewed films and view this list on your personal My Kinepolis profile at kinepolis.lu. The films for which you bought a ticket online will be automatically added to your list, but you can also fill it in manually by adding the films you have seen on TV, DVD, Blu-Ray, or at the cinema.

What is the expiry date for using a cinema voucher? Can I use it in exceptional circumstances to reserve a cinema seat for a showing that will take place a few days later?
No, the expiry date of your cinema voucher is the last possible day you can use it to access a showing. If your cinema voucher is not, for example, valid after 19th April, you cannot buy tickets for showings that take place after 19th April. In that case, you will have to use your cinema voucher not later than on 19th April, the cheque's expiry date. Take the initiative. Keep an eye on the dates. Write them down in your diary and set a reminder.
Could I get some explanation about the price of a ticket?
For films, at Kinepolis we split them into different categories: 3D, 2D, HFR, etc. 3D films, for example, cost more than digital films.
And as the screening of a film does not depend solely on a cinema's owner, ticket prices are composed of amounts that each have a specific destination. That is why a significant part of a ticket's price goes to the film distributor, and the remainder is split between SACEM and various taxes.
When will I receive my monthly discounted cinema ticket?
As a Movie Club member, you will receive your movie ticket immediately after your first monthly payment. You will then receive your monthly ticket on the same date. A month in which you can't come to the cinema? Don't worry, your monthly cinema ticket is carried over to the next month and is valid for 6 months.
Each time you visit the cinema, you can pass on this preferential rate to a companion, who will have to pay on the website or at the cash desk.I can't find the session on the online purchase site, but I can find it on the website kinepolis.lu
If a session appears on the website www.kinepolis.lu, but afterwards, when you have clicked to go to the online purchase site for the tickets, it has disappeared, there can be different reasons for that.
It is possible, for very popular events with a limited capacity or for the release of a long expected film, that all the seats for this session have already been sold. Our colleagues mention that on the information page of the film and the session. However, there is no such mention on the online purchase website, which doesn't show the session...
On my email confirmation (online ticket), I cannot find the corresponding row and seat number for each ticket ordered.
It is possible that not all the rows and seat numbers are written on your confirmation. Don't worry: we have reserved the number of seats you asked for. On the (partial) overview of seats and rows, you will find a summary of the total number of seats reserved and the total price. By scanning your barcode at the automatic ticket machines, at the ticket desks operated by a staff member or at the ticket control, you will receive the correct number of tickets that show the correct row and seat numbers that match your booking.
