If you have a My Kinepolis account you can export your data from the account (you have to log in first).
If you don’t have a My Kinepolis account, you can enter your e-mail address on the following appropriate online form https://kinepolis.lu/en/my-data-management. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link to all data Kinepolis holds for that particular e-mail address and will be able to export your data from that page.Where and how can I delete my data?

Are there any age or size restrictions for viewing in 4DX?
Yes, each participant must be at least 1m30 tall.
Can we see a film as a preview?
Yes, with the agreement of the film's distributor, and a surcharge will be applied.
At what time can we see a screening?
From 8.30 a.m. for Kinepolis Kirchberg and Belval and from 2 p.m. for Ciné Utopia.
Can I pay for snacks on invoice?
Yes, if your order has been made at the time of booking and validated by our teams.
