What if the payment fails?
If the payment has failed, you will be notified by email. As this is a credit card payment, you have 14 days to make your payment. During this period, Kinepolis must suspend the use of your Movie Club card. If you make your payment within this period, your Movie Club card will be reactivated. If payment is not made within the above-mentioned period, your Movie Club membership will be terminated immediately. Are Movie Club tickets valid for all screenings?
Your monthly ticket is valid for all classic" screenings (excluding any supplements). For example, there are supplements for a long film, 3D, Cosy Seats, Laser Ultra, Atmos, 4DX, HFR, ethnic film ScreenX and Imax and others. You can find a complete overview of these Supplements and their prices on the Kinepolis website. Your monthly ticket is valid for a "classic" screening and cannot be used for special events (including, but not limited to, Ladies at the Movies, Ciné Breakfast, Horror Night, LuxFilmLab, etc.). "
Can I change the number of participants on the day of the session?
We kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible of any major changes, and no later than 24 hours before the session.
The final number of participants may be adjusted on the day of the session (in the event of illness, for example.)Which film can we choose?
You can choose a film that is currently scheduled or one that is no longer being played. In the latter case, the request must be made at least 2 weeks before the screening, and a supplement of €150 excluding VAT will be charged.
Can I order snacks without going through the shop?
Yes, in fact we strongly recommend it, to ensure that your visit to the cinema runs smoothly. You can ask to order products on the reservation form. You will then receive a list of products and prices to validate the order.
What do the age classifications EA (children allowed), 6, 12, 16 and 18 mean?
The classifications EA (children allowed), 6, 12, 16 or 18, allocated to a particular film, are published by the Independent Luxembourg Authority for Audio and Visual media (ALIA). This authority: ¥ monitors the ranking of films, respect and publication of the latter by Kinepolis, ¥ rates the classification operated by Kinepolis and can reclassify, if necessary, by reasoned decision, the films. ¥ publishes the classification for each film. Why does Kinepolis collect data?
Wherever possible Kinepolis wants to turn its marketing activities into a service, e.g. we do not invite everyone to the same films and events. For example, if we know you like opera, we will invite you to attend opera screenings. In order to achieve this we need to get to know you and consequently gather data on your favourite film genres, your favourite actors and directors, music genres you like, etc.
