- Where can I check the number of seats remaining on my advantage card ('Movie Card' or 'Family Card')?- Log on to your My Kinepolis account on the kinepolis.lu web page. The page that opens will give you the option of checking the remaining balance on your 'Movie Card' or 'Family Card'. This feature is currently being developed for Luxembourg and will soon be available. - Go to your profile - Create a profile
- In which cinemas can I validate my cinema vouchers?- In all Kinepolis cinemas in Luxembourg: Kinepolis Kirchberg, Kinepolis Belval and CinŽ Utopia.
- Are there any 'subscription' packages for cultural events?- It is possible to buy a subscription for several types of events (opera, ballet...). Check the web page with the events overview and click on the category that interests you. The general presentation page relative to that event will specify if it is possible or not to buy a subscription. - Advice: subscribe to our newsletters. You will be notified - before anyone else - when you can buy subscriptions for our seasons and cultural cycles.
- Could I get some explanation about the price of a ticket?- For films, at Kinepolis we split them into different categories: 3D, 2D, HFR, etc. 3D films, for example, cost more than digital films. - And as the screening of a film does not depend solely on a cinema's owner, ticket prices are composed of amounts that each have a specific destination. That is why a significant part of a ticket's price goes to the film distributor, and the remainder is split between SACEM and various taxes.
- What are your prices?- Click here to select your Kinepolis cinema. On the web page of your chosen venue, you will find information on the 'prices' that you are looking for, with an overview of ticket prices.
- Why do I have to pay extra for films that last 2h15 or more?- For films that last 2h10 or more, an extra €1 is charged. Long films have an impact on the listing and on staff planning. For an XL film - maximum enjoyment - you therefore pay a little more.
- Why do I sometimes pay less in another Kinepolis?- The price of the ticket depends on the local market and the prices charged in the country.
- How can I delete Passbook tickets for previous screenings from my Passbook app?- Tickets from previous screenings are not automatically deleted from your Passbook. If you wish to delete them, follow these steps: - - Go to your Passbook app
 - Click on the Kinepolis pass you wish to delete.
 - In the lower right-hand corner, click on the 'info' icon that is represented by an 'i'.
 - Click on the bin in the top left corner to delete it permanently.
- Is it possible to order tickets from any mobile device?- Given the high diversity of mobile devices, it is possible that the use of "mobile ticketing" is not always optimal. - If you notice any anomalies, we would be grateful if you could let us know at the email address tickets@kinepolis.lu, specifying your device's model and operating system, as well as providing a screen capture ("print screen") if possible. This will enable us to further improve the quality of our system.
- Why do I receive e-mails from Kinepolis without having registered for it?- There are several reasons in the law on the basis of which a company may contact someone by e-mail. Subscribing to a newsletter is one of them, but e-mails can for example also be sent to existing clients (such as someone who bought a movie ticket) for similar products or services as those they have bought without having to ask for their explicit consent. Of course it must always be possible to easily unsubscribe via the “unsubscribe button” which you can find in each e-mail.
