Where can I offer my opinion - or make a suggestion - on the website or the smartphone and tablet apps?

Why do I have to pay for parking at some Kinepolis cinemas?
Our cinemas in Kirchberg and Limpersberg do not have car parks, so you have to use adjoining car parks with parking fees.
At Belval, the Belval Plaza (shopping center) car park is managed by Indigo but all visitors automatically receive 1 free hour (from the moment you enter the car park). Kinepolis cinema goers receive an additional 2 hours of free parking by validating their car park ticket at a ticket office or at a shop counter. Do not forget to validate your ticket at the car park ticket machines before leaving.
Where should I go for lost property?
If you send us your details and a description of the missing item or if you can contact the Kinepolis cinema where you lost your property, we will let you know as soon as possible whether the item has been found. Remember to tell us your name and give us a telephone number on which we can contact you during the day, or your email address. Specify the cinema, the date and time and a description of the lost object. If you can also tell us the name of the film, the screening room number, the row and seat number, this will make our search even easier.
I sometimes find the screening rooms too hot or too cold. What can I do?
In our cinemas (except for Utopia), the temperature of the rooms is controlled at all times. If you find that the temperature of a room is unusually hot or cold, please let our staff know. They will verify this immediately and adapt the temperature if needed. We advise you to let them know your seat and row number, so that they can check the air flow that may be bothering you.
In spring and in autumn, when it is warm during the day and cold at night, the oldest of our facilities may not always manage the significant temperature changes and be unable to quickly adjust to the change...
Why do I sometimes have to leave my backpack and/or camera at the front desk?
It is strictly forbidden to record images and copy films, due to copyright laws. To avoid this from happening, it is forbidden to enter our screening rooms with a camera. It is also preferable to leave backpacks for safekeeping (at the front desk, ticket control or according to the cinema's guidelines).
In some screenings, such as previews, it is possible that due to international guidelines from the film's distributor, a security service may be present at the entrance of the screening room, who may ask you to temporarily hand over all your recording equipment (including mobile...

What is the expiry date for using a cinema voucher? Can I use it in exceptional circumstances to reserve a cinema seat for a showing that will take place a few days later?
No, the expiry date of your cinema voucher is the last possible day you can use it to access a showing. If your cinema voucher is not, for example, valid after 19th April, you cannot buy tickets for showings that take place after 19th April. In that case, you will have to use your cinema voucher not later than on 19th April, the cheque's expiry date. Take the initiative. Keep an eye on the dates. Write them down in your diary and set a reminder.
