Does my Movie Club card entitle me to discounts in the shop?
As a member of the Movie Club, you will receive a 10% discount on your snacks and drinks in our shop. Not cumulative with other offers.

How do I change my payment method?
You can register several payment methods in your My Kinepolis account and select the one you want. You can do this via the "Tickets and cards" section of your My Kinepolis account.

How to integrate a new bank card?
If you have a new credit card, you must register it via the "Tickets and Cards" section of your My Kinepolis account.

What is the small amount debited from my account when I register an additional payment method?
When registering a new payment method, a one-off payment of €1 may be deducted from your bank account to check that your payment method is working. This amount will be refunded to you immediately.

How do I cancel my purchase?
As the Movie Club card is marketed through distance selling, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your membership confirmation. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email to: movieclub.lu@kinepolis.com). You can also use the cancellation form provided for this purpose.

Are Movie Club tickets valid for all screenings?
Your monthly ticket is valid for all classic" screenings (excluding any supplements). For example, there are supplements for a long film, 3D, Cosy Seats, Laser Ultra, Atmos, 4DX, HFR, ethnic film ScreenX and Imax and others. You can find a complete overview of these Supplements and their prices on the Kinepolis website. Your monthly ticket is valid for a "classic" screening and cannot be used for special events (including, but not limited to, Ladies at the Movies, Ciné Breakfast, Horror Night, LuxFilmLab, etc.). "

Can I change the number of participants on the day of the session?
We kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible of any major changes, and no later than 24 hours before the session.
The final number of participants may be adjusted on the day of the session (in the event of illness, for example.) -
What happens if we have fewer than 30 participants in the morning (e.g. sick children)?
In this case, the session will be billed on the basis of 30 participants. (Unless prior agreement has been reached for a session with fewer than 30 participants).

Which film can we choose?
You can choose a film that is currently scheduled or one that is no longer being played. In the latter case, the request must be made at least 2 weeks before the screening, and a supplement of €150 excluding VAT will be charged.

Can I access the shop?
To gain access to the Shop, you must request it when booking. The cinema will then confirm whether or not this is possible.
