How soon will my Movie Club card be activated?
As soon as you register for Movie Club, you will receive the code for your Movie Club card by e-mail. You will also find this code in your My Kinepolis account in the "Tickets and cards" section on www.kinepolis.lu. Your Movie Club card will be activated and ready to use!

What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age for membership of Movie Club is 18 years. If you are under 18 years of age, the permission of your parents or legal guardian is required.

Can I apply for a Movie Club card for my children?
Absolutely! As a parent or legal guardian, you can apply for Movie Club membership for your underage children. You must first create a My Kinepolis account in your child's name and complete the membership application on their behalf by connecting it to your bank account.

Can I add my Movie Club card to my smartphone wallet?
You will be able to add your Movie Club card to your smartphone wallet via the Add to wallet" button on your membership confirmation email. You will also be able to view your Movie Club card via the "Tickets and Cards" section of your My Kinepolis account and add it to your phone's wallet. "

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership free of charge after 6 months. Before this period, you will have to pay for 6 months of membership.
To cancel, access your "My Kinepolis" profile under the "My wallet" tab. You will find your Movie Club card, click on the "Settings" button and follow the steps to cancel your membership.

When will I receive my monthly discounted cinema ticket?
As a Movie Club member, you will receive your movie ticket immediately after your first monthly payment. You will then receive your monthly ticket on the same date. A month in which you can't come to the cinema? Don't worry, your monthly cinema ticket is carried over to the next month and is valid for 6 months.
Each time you visit the cinema, you can pass on this preferential rate to a companion, who will have to pay on the website or at the cash desk. -
Where can I check the balance of my Movie Club tickets?
By logging into your My Kinepolis account on kinepolis.lu, in the "Tickets and cards" section, you can check your balance of cinema tickets by selecting "Movie Club".

How do I buy my ticket and that of my companion?
When you log in to your "My Kinepolis" account, your Movie Club code will automatically appear in the "barcode" field. After clicking on "validate code", a pop-up window will open so that you can select your ticket and indicate the number of seats you want: 1 ticket for you or 1 ticket for you and your companion (excluding any supplements and special events which will have to be paid extra).

Can I use my monthly Movie Club ticket for all the screenings offered?
Your monthly ticket is valid for all "classic" sessions (excluding any supplements). Supplement: fees which are not included in the Membership and which must be paid separately by the Member. There are for example supplements for a long film, 3D, Cosy Seats, Laser Ultra, Atmos, 4DX, HFR, ethnic film ScreenX and Imax and others. You can find a complete overview of these Supplements and their prices on the Kinepolis website.
Your monthly ticket is valid for one 'classic' screening and cannot be used for special events (including but not limited to Ladies at the Movies, Ciné Breakfast,... -
