Promotional material from films is loaned to us from distributors. As it does not belong to us, we are not free to give it away. Without the distributor's authorisation, it is not possible for us to give anyone this material.

The Kinepolis Student Card is unique and personal. The code of your Kinepolis Student Card is included in the confirmation email for your card application and is also available in your "My Kinepolis" profile on www.kinepolis.lu
Is the "Orange Wednesday" offer valid for all movies ?
This offer is valid for standard movies, excluding events and special cycles and cannot be combined with benefit cards.
I have not received my Orange Wednesdays code, what should I do?
Kinepolis is not responsible for issuing codes, you will need to contact your Orange customer service.
My payment failed because authentication by SMS is no longer possible. What should I do?
SMS authentication for internet purchases is no longer possible since January 1, 2021, please contact your bank to obtain LuxTrust authentication.
