What should I do in case of a problem in the screening room?
Kinepolis guarantees a comfortable cinema experience. Please let our employees know if there is a technical problem or disturbance during screening, so they can intervene and resolve the problem to enable continued screening in the best conditions.
What can I do if, at the beginning of a screening, I realise I have made the wrong choice?
Up to a quarter of an hour after the beginning of a film, you can exchange your ticket for a cinema voucher or another ticket, so that you can return to your Kinepolis cinema whenever you like.
I would like to have a film poster or other promotional material. Can I ask Kinepolis?
Promotional material from films is loaned to us from distributors. As it does not belong to us, we are not free to give it away. Without the distributor's authorisation, it is not possible for us to give anyone this material.
For which showings can I use cinema vouchers and advantage cards?
Cinema vouchers are valid for a film of your choice that is currently showing. Supplements are requested at the time of ticket purchase (3D, etc).
Cinema vouchers and your Movie Card are not valid for events.
