For which screenings can a school screening be booked?
Outside school vacations, you can request a morning screening at Kinepolis Kirchberg and Belval (minimum 30 participants). During school vacations or in the afternoon, you can book a school screening according to the public programming schedule.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes, minimum 30 participants for a morning session outside school vacations, and minimum 10 participants for a session during school vacations or in the afternoon.
How much does an educational event cost?
The rate for educational events is the same as for school screenings outside the school year.

When can I make use of this birthday offer?
If you meet all the conditions for this benefit, you will automatically receive an e-mail a few days before your birthday, which you can convert into a free ticket to see the film of your choice on your birthday, the day after or the day after that.
For which showings can I use my birthday ticket?
The email with the voucher for a free birthday ticket contains a unique code, valid for one free ticket (all versions) at a showing of your choice, subject to availability. However, it is not valid for events like Ladies' Night or Opera at the Cinema.

How can I change the email address to which I want to receive emails from Kinepolis?
To change your email address, follow these instructions:
- Log onto the website Kinepolis.lu
- Browse http://kinepolis.lu/fr/changer-adresse-email
- Enter your new and old email addresses.
- Type your password again
- You will now receive emails at your new email address.Which browsers should I use to access the Kinepolis website?
