Why isn't it possible to extend the validity of my cinema voucher, Movie Card or Family Card?
Kinepolis sells cinema tickets to individuals and companies. This implies a number of sales conditions, one of which is a limited validity period. Kinepolis cinema vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for a film of your choice in one of Kinepolis' cinemas in Luxembourg. Our purchasing system does not permit any flexibility or modification of the expiry date. We are sorry for that. The date is clearly stated on the cinema vouchers, so that you will always be aware of the expiry date and can take advantage of the validity of the ticket.

Outside school vacations, you can request a morning screening at Kinepolis Kirchberg and Belval (minimum 30 participants). During school vacations or in the afternoon, you can book a school screening according to the public programming schedule.
How much does a school screening cost?
The price depends on the day and time chosen:
- For a session during the school year, i.e. Monday to Friday up to and including the 5:00 p.m. session, the rate will be 6.65€** per person.
- For a session outside school hours, i.e. during vacations, weekends, public holidays or evenings, the rate is €8.05** per person.
Please note that if you opt for a film that is no longer showing, a surcharge of €150 excluding VAT will apply.Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes, minimum 30 participants for a morning session outside school vacations, and minimum 10 participants for a session during school vacations or in the afternoon.

How often are Kinepolis screening rooms cleaned?
Kinepolis takes hygiene very seriously. All the screening rooms are given a daily deep clean by our motivated cleaning team. The hostesses make every effort in ensuring that screening rooms are as clean as possible after every screening.
Furthermore, Kinepolis collaborates with a specialist firm which carries out preventative measures against pests every month.
