Why does Kinepolis collect data?
Wherever possible Kinepolis wants to turn its marketing activities into a service, e.g. we do not invite everyone to the same films and events. For example, if we know you like opera, we will invite you to attend opera screenings. In order to achieve this we need to get to know you and consequently gather data on your favourite film genres, your favourite actors and directors, music genres you like, etc.

Anyone who has registered online at kinepolis.lu, completed their My Kinepolis profile to 80%, signed up for the newsletter and bought a ticket online in the 12 months preceding their birthday. Why do have to pay extra for films in 3D or HFR?
Films projected in 3D incur extra costs for the cinema's owner. Significant investments are being made in the most advanced 3D technology, the thorough cleaning of Dolby 3D glasses that are reusable after each screening and the costs linked to 3D projection itself.
