If you have a My Kinepolis account, you will be in a contractual relationship with Kinepolis. In such cases we are not legally obliged to give you the opportunity to oppose the processing of your data, as this processing is considered part of the contract. We kindly ask you to submit your reservation request via the online form, at least 48 hours before your screening for a film that is currently showing, or at least 2 weeks before your screening for a film that is no longer showing.

No, we need an e-mail address to finalize your registration. There are various websites that allow you to get a free e-mail address. If you’re using a parent’s or friend’s e-mail address, don’t forget to check and confirm the e-mails we send you after you register, otherwise your registration won't be valid.

We only accept one email address per student, as the address you sign up with will be used for all correspondence about the Kinepolis Student Card.
