Where and how can I change my data?
If you have a My Kinepolis account you can change your data via the account (you have to log in first).
If you don’t have a My Kinepolis account, you can enter your e-mail address on following the appropriate online form https://kinepolis.lu/en/my-data-management. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link to all data Kinepolis holds for that particular e-mail address and will be able to change your data on that page.Can I export my data?

No, we need an e-mail address to finalize your registration. There are various websites that allow you to get a free e-mail address. If you’re using a parent’s or friend’s e-mail address, don’t forget to check and confirm the e-mails we send you after you register, otherwise your registration won't be valid.
We only accept one email address per student, as the address you sign up with will be used for all correspondence about the Kinepolis Student Card.
What's in the box?
We have boxes comprising only movie vouchers, or boxes containing movie vouchers and food & drink vouchers, for a total experience.
Boxes have a 6-month validity.
I receive Kinepolis newsletters in French, I would like to receive them in English. What should I do?
If you have participated in a competition, purchased a ticket online or completed your profile on the French kinepolis.lu website, our system has assumed that you speak French. This setting is easy to change. Log on to your My Kinepolis profile on the English kinepolis.lu/en website to change your language. If you do not have a My Kinepolis account, you can create one on kinepolis.lu/fr.
I would like to keep track of all the films I have seen. Can you help me keep an up to date list?
You can keep your own list of viewed films and view this list on your personal My Kinepolis profile at kinepolis.lu. The films for which you bought a ticket online will be automatically added to your list, but you can also fill it in manually by adding the films you have seen on TV, DVD, Blu-Ray, or at the cinema.

Your data will not be deleted
How can I oppose the processing of my data?
If you have a My Kinepolis account, you will be in a contractual relationship with Kinepolis. In such cases we are not legally obliged to give you the opportunity to oppose the processing of your data, as this processing is considered part of the contract. But you will notice that we still give you the opportunity to deactivate certain services that are part of the contract. For instance you can opt out of receiving one or more newsletters via your My Kinepolis account. Obviously you are at liberty to remove your My Kinepolis account at any time.
If you don’t have a My Kinepolis...I no longer wish to receive emails from Kinepolis. What must I do?
At the bottom of all of our emails, you'll be able to click on a link to unsubscribe. You will be redirected to a page detailing all the categories of emails that we send. You are not automatically signed up to all these emails. This page allows you to select, category by category, those emails that you wish to receive.
