I bought a ticket for an event. I made a mistake when buying my ticket / I cannot attend the screening. What can I do ?
Tickets for event sreenings are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The only exception are the previews.
What's in the box?
We have boxes comprising only movie vouchers, or boxes containing movie vouchers and food & drink vouchers, for a total experience.
Boxes have a 6-month validity.
How does the payment work?
As a Movie Club member, you pay in monthly instalments. When you make your first payment online, you can choose between different payment methods. The instalments will be deducted via the payment method you chose when you made your first payment. You can change your payment method at any time.
The debit will be initiated each month on the same date (= date of your registration). Your monthly cinema ticket will be available as soon as your direct debit has been made.Which data does Kinepolis collect?

How can I get a Kinepolis Student Card?
The Kinepolis Student Card will be available from mid-September in all Kinepolis cinemas.
To get it, you have to register on our website. You will then receive an e-mail with the code of your Kinepolis Student Card. You will also find the code of your card in your "My Kinepolis" profile on kinepolis.lu. The card can be used immediately.
