Why do I have to pay extra for films that last 2h15 or more?
For films that last 2h10 or more, an extra €1 is charged. Long films have an impact on the listing and on staff planning. For an XL film - maximum enjoyment - you therefore pay a little more.
Why do I receive e-mails from Kinepolis without having registered for it?
There are several reasons in the law on the basis of which a company may contact someone by e-mail. Subscribing to a newsletter is one of them, but e-mails can for example also be sent to existing clients (such as someone who bought a movie ticket) for similar products or services as those they have bought without having to ask for their explicit consent. Of course it must always be possible to easily unsubscribe via the “unsubscribe button” which you can find in each e-mail.
How much does my cinema ticket cost when I show my Kinepolis Student Card?

They will verify this immediately and adapt the temperature if needed. We advise you to let them know your seat and row number, so that they can check the air flow that may be bothering you.

What do the age classifications EA (children allowed), 6, 12, 16 and 18 mean?
The classifications EA (children allowed), 6, 12, 16 or 18, allocated to a particular film, are published by the Independent Luxembourg Authority for Audio and Visual media (ALIA). I bought a ticket for an event. I made a mistake when buying my ticket / I cannot attend the screening. What can I do ?
Tickets for event sreenings are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The only exception are the previews.
I made a mistake when buying my ticket online (wrong date, cinema or showing), but the session has already started or ended. What can I do?
If the showing for which you have bought tickets has already started, we cannot compensate you or refund the amount paid.
Your order has been placed and your seat has been reserved. Several organisations (such as film distributors and public services) have been paid based on the number of tickets sold and reserved seats. Furthermore, Kinepolis does not have the means to demand the reimbursement of these fees.
It is not possible to cancel or exchange tickets after a session has started.
