How long do I have to wait before my Kinepolis Student Card is active?

I sometimes find the screening rooms too hot or too cold. What can I do?
In our cinemas (except for Utopia), the temperature of the rooms is controlled at all times. If you find that the temperature of a room is unusually hot or cold, please let our staff know. They will verify this immediately and adapt the temperature if needed. We advise you to let them know your seat and row number, so that they can check the air flow that may be bothering you.

Why do I have to pay for parking at some Kinepolis cinemas?
Our cinemas in Kirchberg and Limpersberg do not have car parks, so you have to use adjoining car parks with parking fees.
At Belval, the Belval Plaza (shopping center) car park is managed by Indigo but all visitors automatically receive 1 free hour (from the moment you enter the car park). Kinepolis cinema goers receive an additional 2 hours of free parking by validating their car park ticket at a ticket office or at a shop counter. Do not forget to validate your ticket at the car park ticket machines before leaving.
Why do I have to pay extra for films that last 2h15 or more?
For films that last 2h10 or more, an extra €1 is charged. Long films have an impact on the listing and on staff planning. For an XL film - maximum enjoyment - you therefore pay a little more.
Why do have to pay extra for films in 3D or HFR?
Films projected in 3D incur extra costs for the cinema's owner. Significant investments are being made in the most advanced 3D technology, the thorough cleaning of Dolby 3D glasses that are reusable after each screening and the costs linked to 3D projection itself. That is why a ticket for a 3D film costs more than a standard cinema ticket. Viewers with a Movie Card, Family Card or a cinema voucher must also pay extra if they want to see a film in 3D.
