How does Kinepolis gain access to my data?
This can happen in different ways: via an (online or offline) form you complete, e.g. when you create a My Kinepolis account or participate in a competition, when you buy products and services, when you contact customer services, etc. We also receive data as a result of you using our online services, such as your IP-address, your browser’s type and language setting, etc.

How do I buy my ticket and that of my companion?
When you log in to your "My Kinepolis" account, your Movie Club code will automatically appear in the "barcode" field. After clicking on "validate code", a pop-up window will open so that you can select your ticket and indicate the number of seats you want: 1 ticket for you or 1 ticket for you and your companion (excluding any supplements and special events which will have to be paid extra).
Which sessions do I have to pay extra for?
Your monthly ticket is valid for 2D films, without supplements. There are, for example, supplements for a long film, 3D, Cosy Seats, Laser Ultra, Atmos, 4DX, HFR, ethnic film ScreenX and Imax and others. How much do I have to pay each month?
Membership of Movie Club costs €9.95 per month. As soon as your first monthly payment is validated, you can enjoy all the advantages of Movie Club.
Does Kinepolis only show films? Or is there a wider offer?
Your Kinepolis transforms into a true cultural centre and offers you a large range of concerts, operas, ballet performances, ladies/men afterwork evenings, plays and sports events on the big screen. You will become captivated when attending all these big events, as if you were really there in person in the front row.
