What is the minimum time limit for making a reservation request?
We kindly ask you to submit your reservation request via the online form, at least 48 hours before your screening for a film that is currently showing, or at least 2 weeks before your screening for a film that is no longer showing.
How much does a school screening cost?
The price depends on the day and time chosen:
- For a session during the school year, i.e. Monday to Friday up to and including the 5:00 p.m. session, the rate will be 6.65€** per person.
- For a session outside school hours, i.e. during vacations, weekends, public holidays or evenings, the rate is €8.05** per person.
Please note that if you opt for a film that is no longer showing, a surcharge of €150 excluding VAT will apply.Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes, minimum 30 participants for a morning session outside school vacations, and minimum 10 participants for a session during school vacations or in the afternoon.
Can I change the number of participants on the day of the session?
We kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible of any major changes, and no later than 24 hours before the session.
The final number of participants may be adjusted on the day of the session (in the event of illness, for example.)What happens if we have fewer than 30 participants in the morning (e.g. sick children)?
In this case, the session will be billed on the basis of 30 participants. (Unless prior agreement has been reached for a session with fewer than 30 participants).
Which film can we choose?
You can choose a film that is currently scheduled or one that is no longer being played. In the latter case, the request must be made at least 2 weeks before the screening, and a supplement of €150 excluding VAT will be charged.
Can we choose the language version of the film?
You can choose the language version of the film depending on availability.
Can we see a film with any technology (4DX, Laser Ultra, 3D)?
Yes, a technology surcharge will be added to the price.
Are there any age or size restrictions for viewing in 4DX?
Yes, each participant must be at least 1m30 tall.
Can we see a film as a preview?
Yes, with the agreement of the film's distributor, and a surcharge will be applied.
