School at the Movies | School Sessions
Would you like to organise a cinema trip with your students or the children from your halfway house?
Kinepolis Luxembourg offers you a choice of 3 cinemas with a wide selection of films, different language versions and different timetables to suit your schedule and constraints.
You can offer your pupils a fun outing in a safe environment, with cutting-edge technology and human support.
Terms and conditions
At Kinepolis Kirchberg and Belval, you can opt for a morning screening and choose the film you want, either one of the films on the bill or a film on demand* (subject to acceptance by the distributor).
Alternatively, you can attend one of the public screenings at our usual times in the three complexes (depending on the programme available on the Monday before the new programming week. For example, for a screening on October 20, you will have to wait until Monday October 16).
Prices
To qualify for the school rate, it is essential to fill in the booking form at least 2 days before the screening date.
(Minimum 2 weeks in advance for a film not in programming) The price depends on the day and time chosen:
- For a session during school term time, i.e. from Monday to Friday up to and including the 5pm session, the price will be €6.65€** per person.
- For an out-of-school session, i.e. during the holidays, weekends, bank holidays or in the evening, the price will be €8.05€** per person.
Payment
To pay for your session, you can either pay on the spot (cash or credit card) or pay on invoice*** (invoiced to the commune only on presentation of the commune's order form).
Please note that separate individual payments are not possible. One order = one session = 1 single payment!

On the D-day, meet 30 minutes before the start of the film at the reception desk in your Kinepolis.

*Please note that a supplement of €150 excluding VAT will be charged if the film is no longer available in the cinema library.
**Prices do not include supplements for 3D films (€1.50 per seat) / 4DX (€7.20 per seat) / Laser Ultra (€3.20 per seat) / long films > 130min (€1.00 per seat) / previews (€0.30 per seat).
***Billing is only possible if a prior booking request has been made on our website and confirmed by a member of our service.
Drinks at the bar cannot be billed and must be paid for at the cash desk (unless ordered in advance when booking online).
Liability and personal data:
All participants are subject to the cinema's internal rules, which are displayed in the cinemas or available here.
The liability of Kinepolis is in all cases limited to direct damages and to the value of the amounts invoiced, insofar as and to the extent permitted by law. Kinepolis rejects all liability for indirect damage such as damaged reputation, loss of customers, commercial and/or financial loss, loss of profit or loss of income, loss of data. Any request for compensation must be communicated in writing to Kinepolis within thirty (30) days of the date on which the damage occurred or the date on which the damage could reasonably have been ascertained. Damage reported late will not be compensated.
