Access to our cinemas is governed by the COVIDCHECK "2G+" rules.
In accordance with the guidelines of the competent authorities, we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that you can enjoy a safe and relaxing time.

To access the cinema, each client from the age of 12 years and 2 months onward must present a COVID check "2G+" certificate as well as a document proving identity.
Access limited to people :
- With a vaccination certificate with a booster dose
- With a vaccination certificate less than 180 days old
- With a certificate of recovery less than 180 days old
Please note that people with a vaccination certificate that is older than 180 days, will have to present an additional certified test* (validity: PCR 48h / Antigen 24h)
*You will also be able to carry out a self-diagnostic test (not certified) on-site free of charge (subject to availability).
Please arrive sufficiently in advance for your test to be completed in time in the designated area.
Doing a self-diagnostic test will not be possible less than 15 minutes before the start of your session.
For children below the age of 12 years and 2 months, no certificate is needed.

Is wearing a mask mandatory?
The mask can only be removed once seated in your assigned seat in the cinema room
I do not have a COVIDCHECK certificate. Can I go to the cinema?
Everyone must present a CovidCheck "2G+" certificate, as well as an identity document, in order to enter the cinema.
I have been vaccinated or cured, can I enter the cinema without a test?
You can enter our cinemas without a test if you have a vaccination certificate or a certificate of recovery less than 180 days old. Or if you have a vaccination certificate with a booster dose.
If your vaccination certificate is longer than 180 days, then you will need a certified test* (Validity: PCR 48h / Antigenic: 24h)
*You can also perform a self-diagnostic test (not certified) on-site free of charge (while stocks last). Please allow sufficient time to perform your test in the dedicated area. Self-testing will not be possible less than 15 minutes before the start of your session. Can I bring my own self-test to the cinema? No, we will provide you with a free self-test. These are provided and approved by the state.
What type of identification do I need to present?
Any official document that shows the name, surname, and age of the person, as well as a photo.
Is distancing required in the cinema?
The 2-meter interpersonal distance is not mandatory after the CovidCheck, however, we recommend that you apply the barrier gestures throughout your visit.
Is it possible to buy food and drinks on-site?
Yes, our snack and beverage shops are open.
Do you clean the rooms after each session?
Yes, be sure that our team takes care methodically and rigorously of cleaning with suitable products in each room after each session.
I bought a ticket, but I have symptoms, what should I do?
Symptoms range from moderate to severe respiratory tract infection with fever, cough, difficulty breathing, and fatigue. Please stay at home, this also applies if someone in your household experiences these symptoms. Regarding the compensation of your ticket, we ask you to contact your cinema before your screening via the form at the bottom of the page "Contact form"
